Expressions of interest are sought for this opportunity – On a leasehold basis, subject or otherwise to planning for alternative commercial development.

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted to the offices of Buckley and Company by 12 Noon on 1st March 2017 in a sealed envelope marked “Expressions of Interest Pont du Val”.

Following analysis of the responses our client will seek to engage with the selected party to negotiate final terms. The Ports of Jersey are not bound to accept any of the Expressions of Interest.

All Expressions of Interest must provide the following details:-

1. The proposed rent per annum in terms of £/psf or £/pa
2. Any conditions attached to the offer i.e. Planning change of use
3. Confirmation of the identity of the proposed lessee company and guarantors.
4. Confirmation that funds are available for the lease.
5. The identity of the prospective lessee's legal adviser.
6. Proposed use
